UKHCA How to survive and thrive in domiciliary care workshop (Scotland)

Tuesday 30 March 2010
Location: Stirling

The United Kingdom Homecare Association has been representing the views and supporting its members in delivering quality homecare services across the UK for over 20 years.  UKHCA recognises the different and unique challenges that care at home and housing support providers face in Scotland. That is why all of our energies are focussed on representing this sector.

This workshop has been developed to assist two key areas of your business: How to survive in the current climate and how to thrive and develop into the future. It is a practical, interactive workshop designed to offer you a range of solutions to ensure your business is well equipped to meet the current challenges. It will introduce you to a number of key techniques that will help you identify and develop business opportunities, in particular, addressing the private client and niche markets.

The workshop includes a tour of the Dementia Centre, enabling you to start thinking about how you could develop your services to meet the needs of people with dementia.
